Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SmolGoodi (the "Platform"), operated by Pixelbrahma Design Studio Private Limited ("SmolGoodi", "we", "us"), with its registered office at Kadavanthara, Kochi - 682020, Kerala, India. By accessing or using the Platform as a buyer or seller, you agree to these Terms.
1. What SmolGoodi is
SmolGoodi is an online marketplace that enables home-based and small sellers in India to list items, take orders, and get paid directly by their buyers, and enables buyers to discover and order from them. SmolGoodi is a technology platform; the actual sale of goods is a contract between the buyer and the seller. SmolGoodi is not the manufacturer or seller of the items listed, and does not receive, hold or settle buyers' payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform. Sellers must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws, including food-safety and FSSAI requirements where relevant.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login (including phone-based verification) secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Orders & payments
- Prices, items, and any delivery charges are set by the seller and shown before you pay.
- Payments are made by the buyer directly to the seller — by UPI to the seller's UPI ID, through the seller's own payment-gateway account (for example Razorpay) where the seller has connected one, or in cash at delivery. SmolGoodi does not collect, hold or settle payments on behalf of sellers. Any payment-gateway charges are governed by the seller's agreement with that provider.
- SmolGoodi does not charge buyers, and does not take a percentage of sellers' orders. SmolGoodi is free to use today. Optional paid seller plans may be offered later through Google Play or the Apple App Store; any such fees would be shown on our Pricing page before you buy, billed separately by the store, and be for use of the Platform, not a share of sales.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fulfilment and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Seller responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, the quality, safety, and legality of their products, accurate descriptions and pricing, timely fulfilment, applicable taxes, and any licences or registrations required to sell their products (including FSSAI for food). Sellers are the merchant of record for their sales, receive payment directly from buyers, and are responsible for issuing any refund due under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers agree to provide accurate order and contact details and to pay for orders placed. Disputes about an order should first be raised with the seller; SmolGoodi may assist in resolution.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to sell prohibited or restricted goods, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
Objectionable content and abuse
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Anyone can report a shop from its page, or by writing to hello@pixelbrahma.com. We look at reports and act on them, usually within one business day. We may remove content and suspend or close the account responsible.
8. Intellectual property
The SmolGoodi name, logo, and Platform are owned by Pixelbrahma Design Studio Private Limited. Seller content remains the property of the respective seller, who grants SmolGoodi a licence to display it on the Platform.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, SmolGoodi is not liable for the acts or omissions of sellers or buyers, or for indirect or consequential losses. SmolGoodi's aggregate liability in connection with any order or claim is limited to the subscription fees, if any, paid by you to SmolGoodi in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kochi, Kerala shall have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
