Shipping & Delivery Policy

SmolGoodi connects buyers with nearby home-based sellers. Orders are prepared and fulfilled by the individual seller, not by SmolGoodi. Delivery arrangements depend on the seller you order from.

1. Fulfilment

• Most items are freshly prepared to order by the seller after the order is confirmed.
• Delivery is offered either by the seller directly, by a local delivery helper arranged by the seller, or via self-pickup where the seller offers it.

2. Delivery area & timelines

• Sellers operate locally; the available delivery area and timing are shown by the seller at the time of ordering.
• Because items are made fresh, typical delivery happens the same day, within the window communicated by the seller. Exact timing is confirmed on the order status page.

3. Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is set by the seller and shown before you pay. SmolGoodi does not add a separate shipping fee to buyers.

4. Issues with delivery
