For buyers

SmolGoodi is free for buyers. You pay only for the items you order, plus any delivery charge set by the seller, which is shown to you before payment. We do not add any platform fee to buyers.

You pay the seller directly — by UPI to the seller's UPI ID, through the seller's own payment gateway where they have connected one, or in cash at delivery. SmolGoodi does not receive or hold your payment.

For sellers

Creating a SmolGoodi store, listing items and taking orders is free, and SmolGoodi does not take a percentage of your orders.

• No commission: buyers pay you directly. Every rupee a buyer pays for an order goes to you, not through SmolGoodi.
• Payment processing: UPI payments to your UPI ID carry no SmolGoodi charge. If you choose to connect your own Razorpay account to accept cards, netbanking or wallets, Razorpay's charges apply under your agreement with Razorpay.
• Free — ₹0. Unlimited listings and unlimited orders, both ways of getting paid (UPI to your own UPI ID, or your own Razorpay account), your orders, payments and customer list, this week's sales at a glance, and the built-in template gallery.
• Pro — ₹199 a month, or ₹1,990 a year (two months free). Adds the custom template editor and saving your own templates (up to 5), the full analytics dashboard with CSV export, delivery rounds, and priority support. Plan fees are for use of the Platform and are never a share of your sales.
• When this starts: these plans take effect no earlier than 15 November 2026, and we will not bring them in before that date. Until they do, everything above stays free. Four things that are free today become part of Pro when they do: the custom template editor and saving your own templates, the full analytics dashboard and CSV export, and issuing delivery rounds. This page is your notice of that change, published on 28 September 2026 — more than 30 days ahead, as we promised. Your listings, orders, payments, customers and any templates you have already saved are not affected, and nothing is ever charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.
